Nestled in the foothills of the Western Ghats, this iconic reserve is home to thriving populations of tigers, elephants, leopards, and over 300 species of birds.

The forest, draped in shades of green and dotted with sandalwood, teak, and rosewood trees, offers a diverse landscape perfect for exploration and photography.

Whether you’re a passionate photographer, nature enthusiast, family, or couple, Bandipur’s serene wilderness and vibrant wildlife promise an unforgettable getaway filled with discovery, connection, and awe.

Itinerary

The tour commences on Day 1 at Bandipur after check-in and concludes on Day 3 at Bandipur post breakfast.

Group transfers from the nearest railway station or airport can be arranged at actual cost.
Day 1: Arrive at Bandipur and check into our cozy cottages. Post a delicious lunch, we gather for a fun briefing by the camp mentor, introducing you to the forest and its wild secrets. By 3 PM, we head out on our first safari into the Bandipur wilderness, looking out for exciting frames and beautiful moments.
Back at the lodge by 6:30 PM, we regroup at 8 PM for a relaxed photography session around the campfire followed by dinner and rest.

Day 2: Wake up to birdsong, sip on a hot beverage, and head out at 6 AM for the morning game drive—chasing light, learning tricks, and tracking wildlife.
After breakfast, you get quick feedback and tips from your mentor. Post lunch, we head back into the forest for the evening safari.
We return for another engaging session curated by the mentor based on the group’s interest, followed by dinner under the stars.

Day 3: One final drive at 6 AM—capture the magic of Bandipur one last time. After the safari, we gather for a group photo and enjoy breakfast together before checking out with stories, sightings, and special memories.

Payment Terms
Cancellation Policy

– All prices are inclusive of taxes and Inclusive of 18% GST
– 50% of the tour fee is required in advance to confirm your participation.
– Backers are participants who have been part of at least three Flying Hornbill Expeditions and are eligible for special privileges.
– Foreign Nationals may be subject to different fee structures as per national park regulations. Please contact us for a customized quote.

– If you wish to postpone your participation, the program fee (excluding forest permit charges, if any) can be retained, provided we are informed at least 10 working days before the program start date.
– 50% of the program fee will be charged if cancellation is made 10 working days before the program.
– No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 10 working days of the program. However, 50% of the tour fee can be adjusted towards any future tour if rebooked.
– The date of written communication via email will be considered as the official cancellation date for processing the applicable charges.
