Requirements for the Tour

The Program commences at Bandipur (after you check in at the property) on the morning of day one and ends at Bandipur (after you check out at the property) on the afternoon of day two.

Group transfers between the nearest railway station and airport on both ways in shared cabs can be arranged at extra actual cost.

Participants arrive at the campsite and check in, followed by a brief orientation session introducing the landscape, local wildlife, and species to look out for. After a delicious lunch, there will be a fun interactive session, setting the tone for the trip.

The group will then head to Theppakadu Elephant Camp to meet the famous elephants Raghu, and Krishna along with Bomman and Bellie, made famous by the Oscar-winning documentary - Elephant Whisperers. Following this memorable experience, participants will embark on a night adventure through the jungle, culminating in a cozy campfire with games and activities to foster team-building and connection.

The day begins with an exciting wildlife safari, where participants track and identify various species in their natural habitat. Following the safari, the group will head to Himavad Gopalswami Betta, where they can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Bandipur Tiger Reserve.

After soaking in the sights, everyone will return to the campsite for breakfast before checking out and wrapping up their wilderness adventure.

– The costs mentioned are for a minimum group of 10 participants.
– One group can approximately have a maximum of 30 participants

– Program fees can be retained excluding the charges for forest permits for postponement of the program without any changes Should be informed 15 working days prior to the day of the program.
– 50% of the Program fees 15 working days before the day of the Program.
– No money would be refunded for any day less than the 15 working days of the Program.
– The date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel is the date considered for calculation of the cancellation fees.
